Leased a 2020 Leaf SV with the Tech package and All Weather package from Rich Taylor, back in 2020. Just turned it in (prime shape, Red, less than 5900 miles).

We got worst case scenario on my husbands 2008 truck that was in the service center. Within 5 minutes I got a call from Rashad ready to do some work to find us a new truck and scrap what we could of our old one for trade in. As a mother of 5 sitting in the school pickup line, with a whole slew of after school activities to follow, he was able to text me options, which was amazing because there was just no way I could have gone in at that time. About 4 hours later my husband and I headed into the dealership where Rashad had the truck options already running for a test drive. Rich hooked us up with a great deal and within 5 hours of the first call, and endless kid activities later, we were back to being a 2 vehicle family which is a huge necessity for us! Let me just tell you about my Super Bowl car. A year ago I wrote a review for the fast lane service because it’s always excellent. Even when they are swamped or it’s summer or a pandemic roiled the world. Ford gave me great service for my Ford Ranger. I bought my little black beauty in 2002. She was a great work horse dubbed Rose Ranger by the warehouse folks at Whole Foods distribution in East Los Angeles, in Vernon. A decade ago I was still a vendor delivering lucky????floral designs: lucky bamboo????& money trees????to 147 stores. So I needed a little truck with lots of power and a long bed. It served me well &Ford took care of my services. All was good. In 2020 the pandemic raged & by 2021 I was looking for new wheels ???? I wanted an EV or hybrid. So during a service I met Rod at Sales & we talked about getting me a new ride. Because it was a pandemic???? & I was looking for a special car the sale didn’t happen that day. But Rod stayed in touch & by 2022 he sent me a link & suggested I keep an eye?????on inventory. Low & behold in a Saturday night I was still wanting to replace my trusty truck ???? & I thought why not see what they have? As soon as I opened the inventory there it was. A sharp little Ford Ecosport with the Titanium package. I really love the 17” wheels. Also it had many great features that I wanted & was my first color choice. Immediately I popped off a late?late night email to Rod at Ford Sales telling him I found my new-to-me, car. It was a 2020 model. Used but with a Ford certified extended warranty. Sunday was Super Bowl. It’s kind-of a day where everyone is busy sitting in front of big screens. But not me. I’d received a reply from Ford super early in my morning email. It was the manager Dave & he said Rod was off for a few days but he’d happily sell me my car today. I thought really? Well that’s bold. A few emails back & forth & he was certain I could come down to get my new ride. I said well let’s start with a test drive. Though it clearly had my name on-it I thought I’d still need to jump through some hoops to get a deal done. Just before lunch???? I went down to check it out. Luckitispkit Dave & I had exchanged details & he gave me the car to take for a ride. Off I went to put this little white pony (mini SUV) through its paces. Of course I thought the guys would be too busy trying to keep one eye ????? on the game but not so. When I came back Dave was ready to do business. He introduced me to a stand-in Sales partner, Rich. He got busy making the sale part easy, painless &????fun. We talked about trade in & my down payment. I asked for more & Dave said ok. We discussed a few details & I figured the process would still take some time to negotiate. By that time it was lunch. I told big Dave & richy Rich I’d go home & come back later ? to see if we could make a deal? But neigh ???? big Dave said the little white Pony was mine. I said yay right?! But yes he said everything was done.??It was so fast I hardly????believed it. Still I needed to clean my trusty Truck. It was gritty from winter?? ????& often spent more time parked than driving. At 20 years old she was in great shape with 152K miles. It was bittersweet????since I knew I needed a new vehicle but I didn’t want to give up such a great ???? truck. The Super Bowl game was getting going but you wouldn’t know it I didn’t see a single screen to compete with. Dave offered to buy lunch ???? but I said no that if we had a deal I needed to get my belongings out of the truck & ready myself to let her go. I left & came back in about 40 minutes. I said is the sale really done? Big Dave & richy Rich said yes????& they said Bill will take care of all the paperwork for me. I went into Bill’s finance office & in 2 seconds we were like old friends. Bill had lots of experience. He looked a bit like the Monopoly guy with his long white beard & jovial manner. Documents & signing took about 20 minutes & before-you-know-it we were done. Big Dave, richy Rich & banker Bill gave me the best car & best deal ever!! I’m so happy ????????Thank You! I LOVE it.
