Congratulations on your purchase of your Ford Blue Advantage Certified vehicle. We are excited that you chose our Dealership and this vehicle.

We are committed to your satisfaction and as a demonstration of this commitment, we are offering you the Ford Blue Advantage Money Back Guarantee, which will allow you to return your Ford Blue Advantage Certified vehicle within the first 14 days or 1,000 miles from the sales date and mileage outlined on your bill of sale (whichever comes first). Some Important restrictions apply. Read the details below to learn more about the Ford Blue Advantage Money Back Guarantee.

Program Guidelines

A. As a part of the Ford Blue Advantage certification program your vehicle comes with a 14 day or 1,000 mile money back guarantee (whichever comes first). You can return the Ford Blue Advantage Certified vehicle that you purcha.sed to the Dealer you purchased the vehicle from within the first 14 days or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the original sales date and vehicle mileage as stated on your bill of sale.

B. The Ford Blue Advantage Certified vehicle must be returned in the condition In which it was sold to your original selling dealer, other than normal wear and tear. Please note, your dealer cannot accept a return If the vehicle has been In an accident or has had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle (other than the retail installment contract you signed at the dealership).

C. If your vehicle meets the program guidelines, you will be refunded the price you paid for the vehicle.

D. You are responsible for any negative equity (defined as the difference between the amount you owed on your trade-in vehicle and the amount the dealer agreed to pay for your trade in vehicle, when you purchased your Ford Blue Advantage Certified Used Vehicle) that was included in the purchase of this vehicle. The negative equity amount is listed in the table below.

E. If you traded in a vehicle, that vehicle will not be returned to you as a part of the money back guarantee.

F. If you want to replace the fFord Blue Advantage Certified vehicle that you are returning with another vehicle, the Dealership will facilitate the transaction. Please note that a new credit application may need to be completed and the financial terms could be different than the original contract.

G. You are only eligible to return one Ford Blue Advantaged Certified vehicle during a six (6) month period at any Ford Dealership. If you have already returned a vehicle at this dealership or at another Ford Dealership within the last six (6) months, your request to return this vehicle will be denied.

H. You agree to be contacted by your dealer, Ford Motor Company, its affiliates, or its designated service provider to capture your feedback on this program.

Dealer Responsibilities

A. When you request to return the Ford Blue Advantage Certified vehicle within the program guidelines, the dealer will complete an Inspection of the vehicle.

B. If the Blue Advantage Certified vehicle is eligible to be returned, the dealer will provide you with a financial recap of the return.

C. Upon your return of the Ford Blue Advantage Certified vehicle, the dealer will process the return including paying off any retail installment contract you signed at the dealership, cancelling all Finance and Insurance products and request refund of sales tax (where available).

D. You should expect any amount due to you in approximately 2 weeks of vehicle return and the official transfer of title to the dealership for the returned vehicle.
